All orders ship from our facility in the United States. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. We ship to all 50 states; we don't currently ship internationally, but it's on our list.

Saffron is light, so shipping is inexpensive — and free on orders over $50.

Because saffron is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened jars for safety reasons. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or below the standard you expected, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice. We stand behind every jar we pack.
